LAG (loose-aggressive) in poker
Definition
A player who plays many hands and plays them aggressively, with lots of bets, raises and bluffs.
A good LAG puts constant pressure on opponents and wins many pots without a showdown. It is a hard style to play well because it needs good reads and discipline after the flop.
A LAG who is not selective turns into a maniac and loses money.
