Poker Pros Daniel Keyts, Ashton Griffin, and Max Altergot Share Insights in Malta

The Battle of Malta tournament, scheduled from September 26 to 28, 2013, at the Portomaso Casino in Malta, will feature a seminar with renowned poker players Daniel 'jungleman12' Keyts, Ashton 'theASHMAN103' Griffin, and Max 'altiFC/KidPoker705' Altergot.

The seminar will delve into various aspects of poker, including pot-limit Omaha, one-on-one Omaha, and one-on-one no-limit hold'em. Participants can choose to attend the full three-day seminar for €3,200, two days of Omaha for €2,300, or the one-on-one no-limit hold'em seminar for €1,500.

Max Altergot, known for his high-stakes play, won a super high roller tournament at the EPT, earning $2.2 million. Ashton Griffin, who has a significant online poker background, plans to focus on bet sizing, action frequency, and mathematics during the seminar. Daniel Keyts noted that the game has evolved, particularly no-limit hold'em, and his win rate was initially lower after the Black Friday pause.

I've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
