Poker Player IgorChe Analyzes Mistakes in a Hand and Gets Expert Feedback
Poker player IgorChe recently analyzed a hand where he made several mistakes and received feedback from expert shpr0ta. The hand involved a weak-minus regular opponent, and IgorChe's decisions on the flop, turn, and river were scrutinized.
IgorChe opened with JTo from the middle position (MP), which was considered a mistake. The flop gave him a two-sided straight draw, and he planned to bet at least two streets with a 2/3 pot size to fold out eighths, pocket pairs 33-77, and other possible equity of the opponent.
The opponent raised three times, and IgorChe decided to call. On the turn, the opponent made a small bet, and IgorChe decided to raise in a bluff. On the river, a bad card came out, and IgorChe decided to push all-in. Expert shpr0ta advised IgorChe to build his strategy from value bets, not bluffs.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
