Massive Bot Farm Discovered on Ignition, Poker Community Reacts

Martin Zamani recently posted a video that has caused a stir in the poker community, revealing a large bot farm on Ignition/Bovada. The video shows bots playing high-stakes games, and while the poker community is aware of the issue, many operators seem to be turning a blind eye.

Ignition initially responded by stating that the video was outdated and that all bots shown in it had been banned. However, Zamani countered this by sharing additional evidence from a 2024 tournament, claiming that bots are still active and using sophisticated strategies to win.

In other news, Circa Sports conducted a large NFL pool with a prize fund of $18.7 million. The pool attracted 18,718 entries, and five participants emerged as winners, each taking home $3,743,600. Notably, several winners were poker players, highlighting the overlap between the poker and sports betting communities.

I've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
