Kevin McFi emerged victorious at the WSOP Europe main event, securing his first WSOP Europe title. The main event, with a buy-in of €10,450, attracted 313 participants, but the prize pool did not reach the million-dollar mark due to the lower turnout.
In the high roller event, with a buy-in of €25,600, Jonathan Duhamel took the top spot, earning €554,395. Duhamel, known for his previous WSOP bracelets, expressed his joy at winning his third bracelet, noting the strength of the competition. Davidi Kitai finished second, earning €342,620.
The top Russian finisher in the main event was Konstantin Puchkov, who placed 22nd. Other notable Russian players included Nikita Bodyakovsky, who finished 12th, and Vyacheslav Goryachev, who placed 31st. McFi's victory was sealed after a crucial hand against Erik Seidel, where he became the chip leader and eventually won the tournament.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
