iPoker Poker Rooms Introduce Built-In HUD for Cash Games

The iPoker network, which includes RedStar Poker, Guts Poker, and Betsafe, has integrated a built-in HUD into its poker rooms. This new feature is designed to enhance the gaming experience by providing players with real-time statistics during their cash games.

The built-in HUD is currently available in Best Poker for cash games, with plans to expand to other poker rooms in the network. The HUD displays three statistical metrics: VPIP (Flop seen), Run, and Aggression frequency. Players can customize the color settings for the VPIP (Flop seen) and Aggression frequency metrics to better understand their opponents' playing styles.

To disable the built-in HUD, players can go to their account settings under 'Player HUD'. This feature is currently available only for cash games, but there are plans to introduce it to tournaments in the future. It is unclear whether the iPoker network will restrict the use of other third-party statistical programs after this update.

I've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
