Evolution's Board Urges Shareholders to Reject Dart's Takeover Bid
Evolution's board has advised shareholders to reject Kenneth Dart's takeover offer, deeming it undervalued. Dart, through Candle Lake Limited, proposed a SEK131.7bn offer for the gambling giant.
Dart, who increased his ownership to over 30% in July, has triggered a mandatory clause under Swedish law, allowing him to automatically bid for the remainder of the business and assume full control.
Evolution’s Board of Directors has now urged shareholders to reject Dart’s bid, citing insufficient value of the offer.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
