Dan Bilzerian Buys Indian Poker Room, 888poker Resumes Offline Series
Dan Bilzerian has acquired an Indian poker room, FTRpoker, which is now renamed BlitzPoker. The poker room BlitzPoker is part of the Spartan network, which is the fourth largest in terms of traffic in India.
BlitzPoker will host a freeroll with a prize pool of 1 million rupees ($13,000) and a Harley Davidson as the main prize. The main event of the 888poker series in Tallinn has a buy-in of €888.
888poker is resuming its offline series, with the first stop in Tallinn on September 1, 2020. The 888poker Weekend series in Sochi will run from September 3 to 6, 2020, with the main event buy-in set at ₽28,280. Darya Feshchenko has left 888poker's team of professionals.
