Bill Perkins Challenges Phil Hellmuth and Antonio Esfandiari to Poker Duel

Bill Perkins, an American businessman and high-stakes poker player, has challenged Phil Hellmuth and Antonio Esfandiari to a team heads-up poker duel after watching their second heads-up match, where Hellmuth won again. Perkins proposed a format where each player plays one street and the teams switch players on each street.

Perkins announced the challenge on his Twitter page, writing, “So we with Matthew Gonzalez challenge Phil Hellmuth and Antonio Esfandiari to a team heads-up match in the HU Tag format. Each player will play one street. We will put 2 to 1. You should feel lucky and you won't kill each other when we 'smear' you? Let us know if you want to have fun.”

Antonio Esfandiari has already agreed to participate in the duel, but Phil Hellmuth has not yet responded. The date and time of the duel are still unknown.
