Betfair Poker Blocks Access for Russian and Estonian Players
Betfair Poker will close access to its poker room for all Russian and Estonian players starting from May 5. Players from Russia and Estonia will no longer be able to register with Betfair Poker as of May 5. Players from Russia and Estonia with funds in the poker room have until May 18 to withdraw their money.
Betfair Poker has not officially stated the reason behind this decision.
This move comes after Betfair Poker previously restricted access for Ukrainian players. The company informed its partners in Russia and Estonia about this decision.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
