Andoni Larrabe Unanimously Wins 2014 Poker-Red Best Live Player Award
Andoni Larrabe has been awarded the 2014 Poker-Red Best Live Player title in a unanimous decision by the jury. The Spanish poker player is the first November Nine in WSOP history.
The jury of the Poker-Red Awards unanimously voted for Andoni Larrabe, with each of the 10 members giving him 3 points. This unanimous decision marks the first time in the history of the awards that the jury has been in complete agreement. The voting results were as follows: Andoni Larrabe received 30 votes, Pablo Gordillo 18, and Alberto Gómez 12.
Larrabe's outstanding performance in the World Series of Poker (WSOP) and his historic achievement as the first Spanish November Nine significantly influenced the jury's decision. This award comes after Juan Manuel Pastor was named 'Best Career' and Pablo Gordillo was named 'Player Revelation'. The award for 'Online Player' will be announced in the coming days on the poker news website.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
