Adri's New Poker Mindset Methodology: Building Your 'Ciudadela Interior'
Adri, known as 'Adristinson', presents a new class in the 'Road to Professional' saga focusing on strengthening the mindset of poker players. This new class discusses the concept of the 'ciudadela interior', a mental space to help manage and overcome difficult moments.
Adri identifies factors that can generate negative feelings, such as tilt, poorly managed self-expectation, comparison with other players, and result-oriented thinking. By understanding these factors, players can begin to build a solid foundation for their 'ciudadela interior'.
The methodology is part of the 'Road to Professional' saga, which includes topics like planning, routines, annual goals, and analyzing stagnation phases. This comprehensive approach aims to help players grow in their poker careers by providing them with the tools and mindset needed to succeed.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
