Hands and boards
Wet board in poker
Definition
A board with many possible draws, usually connected cards of the same suits, such as J♥10♥8♠.
On a wet board many hands have strong draws, so the lead changes often and equities run close together. Players bet larger to charge draws and are more careful with one pair.
It is the opposite of a dry board; paired and rainbow boards sit in between.
