Ontario's Biggest Online Poker Festival: WSOP Online 2025 Kicks Off with C$7 Million in Guarantees

The 2025 WSOP Online bracelet series is now in full swing on the GGPoker platform. Ontario online poker players have their own dedicated edition of the WSOP Online bracelet series, marking the fourth time that Ontarians have had their own series. The Ontario edition comes with an unprecedented C$7 million in guarantees.

The highlight of the schedule is the C$1,000 Main Event, which boasts a guaranteed prize pool of C$500,000. Winners will also win a package to the 2025 WSOP Paradise series, scheduled for December in the Bahamas. The WSOP Paradise festival itself will feature 15 bracelet events.

GGPoker Ontario has also lined up a massive side schedule, made up of no fewer than 563 tournaments. The series officially kicked off last week, and already one of the eight bracelets has been claimed. The next opportunity comes with Event #2, the C$210 Mystery Millions, which concludes this Sunday, August 24. The Ontario edition’s centerpiece, the C$1,000 Main Event, begins on September 22. The series then concludes on September 29 with The Closer NLH, featuring a C$525 buy-in and a C$250,000 guarantee.
