WSOP 2017: A Roundup of Bracelet Winners from Tournaments 46 to 59
The 2017 World Series of Poker (WSOP) saw a variety of exciting tournaments and notable winners. Here's a roundup of the bracelet winners from the 46th to the 59th events.
Nate Gamble (USA) won the 46th WSOP tournament, PLO8, and dedicated his bracelet to his father. Gamble's victory was marked by his dominance in the tournament, becoming the chip leader early on and winning the final hand quickly. The tournament attracted 830 participants, each paying a $1,500 buy-in.
Brian Yoon (USA) secured the win in the 47th WSOP tournament, Monster Stack. Yoon's victory was his third bracelet, but he expressed uncertainty about his future in poker. The tournament drew 6,717 participants, each paying a $1,500 buy-in. Before the WSOP, Yoon took a nine-month break from poker.
Chris Vitch (USA) won the 48th WSOP tournament, Stud Hi-Lo. Vitch's victory was surprising to him, as he had not expected to win his second bracelet in such an elite competition. The tournament featured a final table with several bracelet winners, including Abe Mosseri, Benny Glaser, and Jonathan Duhamel.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
