WPT Vienna Day 2: Morten Christensen Leads; Unibet Acquires Bet24
Morten Christensen leads the WPT Vienna Day 2 with 483,000 chips, having qualified online. Chris Moorman follows with 411,500 chips, known for dominating online tournaments. Tristan Wade, Darko Stojakovic, Eugene Katchalov, and Yevgeni Timoshenko are among the 66 survivors in the WPT Vienna Day 2.
Italy's online poker market, previously the largest in Europe, saw a 6% drop in tournament revenue and a 13% drop in cash games in February. Microgame remains the leading operator in Italy's online poker market, ahead of PokerStars.
Unibet acquired Bet24 for 13.5 million euros, aiming to integrate it into their platform and maintain 2011's 10.5 million euros in gross benefits.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
