US Poker Open 2021: 12 High-Stakes Tournaments Announced for June
The US Poker Open 2021 will feature 12 tournaments for high-stakes players. The tournaments will start in June and be held in the PokerGo studio in Las Vegas. The US Poker Open was first held in 2018, a few months after the opening of the PokerGo studio. Steven Chidwick was the champion of the US Poker Open in 2018, winning two tournaments and over $1,200,000. David Peters won the Main Event with a $100,000 buy-in in 2019.
The series was canceled in 2020 due to COVID-19. The 2021 series will take place in June due to COVID-19 restrictions. The buy-ins for the events range from $10,000 to $50,000. The final tables of the US Poker Open 2021 will be broadcast live for PokerGo subscribers. Five different poker games will be played during the 12-day series.
The buy-in for the first 10 events is $10,000, with the 13th event having a $25,000 buy-in and the Main Event on the 14th day with a $50,000 buy-in.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
