Unibet Boosts Tournament Guarantees and Adds New Features
Unibet has increased their Sunday guarantees by as much as 25% following a launch month that saw them pay out more than €80,000 in overlays. Unibet-sponsored pro, David K. Lappin, explained that Unibet have decided to increase the guarantee on several tournaments in their schedule to attract new customers.
The Title Fight, a €50 buy-in, €10,000 GTD Daily overlaid more than €20,000 in total. Some of the big changes include:
- The Title Fight €10,000 boosted to €12,500
- IronMan €2,500 to €3,000
- Omaha Wrap €1,500 to €2,000
- Stack €3,000 to €4,000
Unibet has added a €100,000 leaderboard and four new tournaments to the schedule. The rec-friendly approach has also seen rake slashed, late finishes curbed, and more bounty tournaments added to the schedule. David K. Lappin mentioned that the games are the softest online, and the anonymous no-HUD feature is key.
