Trump Plaza Casino Building in Atlantic City Demolished
The Trump Plaza building, which housed a casino, was demolished in Atlantic City. The building was constructed in 1983 and was a venue for boxing matches, concerts, and major events. Hollywood films were often shot in the building, and Mick Jagger and Madonna were frequent visitors to the hotel in Trump Plaza.
The hotel and casino were closed in 2014 and the building reached a state of disrepair. The demolition was carried out with a controlled explosion using 3,000 explosive devices.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
