Spain Wins Bronze at European Nations Cup 2013, Secures World Championship Spot

The Spanish poker team achieved a remarkable comeback at the European Nations Cup 2013, securing the bronze medal and qualifying for the World Championship in London.

The tournament, held in Cyprus, saw the Spanish team initially in a strong position before a controversial decision nullified their first 15 hands, dropping them to 9th place. The team, captained by Juanma Pastor and featuring players like Ana Márquez, Javier Piazuelo “Pizu”, César García “CesarSpa”, Juan Maceiras Lapido, Adrián Mateos, Amadi_17, and Enrique González, had to recover from this setback.

Despite the early challenges, the Spanish team managed to climb from 8th to 3rd place, earning 1998.5 points and the bronze medal. This performance secured their spot in the World Championship, which will be held in London.
