Russian 'r-w patriot' Wins Big at WCOOP-75-M Knockout Tournament
The WCOOP-75-M knockout tournament, part of the annual WCOOP 2020 series hosted by Stars, featured a buy-in of $109 and a guarantee of $600,000. The tournament attracted 9,838 entries, exceeding the guarantee by $383,800.
The winner was 'r-w patriot', who earned $56,873 and an additional $26,780 in bounties. The runner-up, 'DemonKrasnod', received nearly the same payout but with $12,030 in bounties.
Three other Russians made it to the top 20: 'Denvlas' in 13th place with $2,240 + $2,710 bounty, 'JustLoveDota' in 17th with $1,600 + $1,380 bounty, and 'yamiyan' in 19th with $1,600 + $2,170 bounty.
