PokerStars Launches New Betting Platform: PokerStars Exchange

PokerStars, part of Flutter Entertainment, has launched a new peer-to-peer online betting platform called PokerStars Exchange. Available from today on PokerStars .COM and .EU, the PokerStars Exchange uses Flutter technology to give PokerStars players access to the same global liquidity pool as the world’s largest betting exchange, the Betfair Exchange.

The PokerStars Exchange offers players better odds, lay betting, and the ability to enter their own odds. The platform shares liquidity with the world’s largest sports betting exchange, the Betfair Exchange, meaning there are always plenty of markets to bet on and customers to bet against.

Richard Garrod, Director of Product at PokerStars, stated that 70% of current sports bettors want to get involved with an exchange product. The PokerStars Exchange will initially be available to players at PokerStars via their existing PokerStars account login and wallet. It can be accessed through the Exchange tab via PokerStars Sports.

I've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
