PokerStars Caribbean Adventure: Two Spanish Pros Make Waves in Bahamas
Two Spanish poker professionals, Álex Sánchez and Javier Domínguez, are making waves at the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure in the Bahamas. The tournament, part of the European Poker Tour (EPT), is one of the first major poker events of the year.
Álex Sánchez, known by his online handle alex4ever, has already made a significant impact. He finished in 4th place in a 2.000$ Bounty tournament, earning over 14.000$. This success came during a break between the first two starting days of the main event, where he is still in contention.
Javier Domínguez, known as Thalai, is also performing well. He is a member of the PokerStars Team Online and is known for his aggressive playing style. Both players have advanced to the second day of the main tournament, which is a significant achievement given that only half of the 1.075 initial players remain.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
