Poker Stars Share Challenges, Events, and Anecdotes on Social Media

Poker players have been quite active on social media, sharing various challenges, upcoming events, and personal anecdotes. Timofery Kuznetsov, for instance, challenged Bill Perkins to a combined poker and trading challenge. Kuznetsov proposed a relaxed format with 10-15 hours of poker per week and a significant prize pool of $1 million for the trading component. He also mentioned the possibility of organizing the event in Vegas, pending the reopening of borders.

In other news, Kuznetsov recently played a PLO $400/$800 session and left with a stack over $1 million. He also participated in a notable PLO100k hand with Ludemann, which impressed Patrick Leonard. The hand featured a massive pot with significant bets and calls. Kuznetsov will also be participating in the Super High Roller Bowl Europe series starting August 21, which includes tournaments with buy-ins ranging from $25k to $250k.

Ralph Brandt turned to Twitter for help in compiling a list of rare poker variants. Jason Mercier contributed by mentioning Duckflash, a 5-card game with triple draw and unique scoring rules. Meanwhile, Buttonclickr faced criticism for his harsh comments about Landon Tice's progress and unteachable nature. Niall Farrell, on the other hand, traveled to Tallinn for a poker event but was more interested in watching a football match. He even asked a local bar to help him set up a live stream of the game.
