Phil Hellmuth Sells Las Vegas Home for $430,000

Phil Hellmuth, the renowned poker player with 15 WSOP gold bracelets and over $23,000,000 in live tournament winnings, is selling his Las Vegas home. The house, located at 2909 Bel Air Drive in the Las Vegas suburbs, spans 155 square meters and features three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Hellmuth announced the sale on Twitter, leveraging his over 283,000 followers to find a buyer. He enlisted the help of his friend @KarinaJett to handle the sale, bypassing traditional real estate agencies. The asking price is $430,000, but some followers have suggested that the home is overpriced. A real estate company valued the property at $365,000, while a listing on Zillow priced it at $325,000.

Despite the varying opinions on the price, Hellmuth's home is sure to attract attention due to its previous owner's fame. The unique opportunity to own a piece of poker history may entice buyers to overlook the potential overvaluation.

I've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
