NFL Insider: Vikings' J.J. McCarthy May Be Traded Before Halloween

Minnesota Vikings' General Manager Nolan Teasley recently highlighted the importance of continuous roster evolution, stating that there is 'no finish line' to this process.

NFL reporter Jason La Canfora, in an exclusive interview, revealed that both the Vikings and quarterback J.J. McCarthy are aware that he does not have a future with the team. La Canfora also noted that due to McCarthy's current ankle injury, the Vikings might prefer other quarterbacks.

La Canfora drew a comparison to Josh Rosen, who was drafted 10th overall by Arizona and traded a year later. He expressed skepticism about the Vikings receiving a day two draft pick for McCarthy but acknowledged the possibility of a trade with some upside.
