Top Bets for the High-Stakes Poker Showdown: Negreanu vs. Polk
The highly anticipated heads-up poker match between Daniel Negreanu and Douglas Polk will start on November 1, 2023. This event is expected to attract a large audience and significant attention from the poker community. Pokershares offers up to 15 side bets on this match.
One of the most intriguing bets is on the largest pot in the first session. Pokershares has set the mark at $100,000, allowing users to bet on whether the largest pot will be more or less than this amount. Another interesting bet is whether either player will quit the game early due to anger, a situation known as Rage-Quiting. Pokershares offers odds on this possibility.
There is also a bet on whether Douglas Polk will return to professional poker after the match. Polk has stated that he retired from poker but returned for this match against Negreanu. Additionally, there is a bet on whether there will be slow rolling in the first session, with Mike McDonald deciding if it occurs. Finally, a bet is available on whether the heads-up battle will end before or after February 1, 2024.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
