Michael Addamo's Dominant Week: Wins Two, Finishes Third in WPT Online Series
Michael Addamo had a remarkable week at the WPT Online series, securing two victories and a third-place finish, earning nearly $600,000. The young Melbourne pro started his run with a victory in the $5,200 High Roller Turbo, overcoming a field of 54 players that included notable names like Kristen Bicknell, Steve O’Dwyer, and Artur Martirosian.
Addamo's second significant achievement was finishing third in the $10,300 High Roller, earning $116,183. This tournament featured strong contenders like Mike Watson and Sergei Reixach. Although Addamo couldn't secure back-to-back wins, his third-place finish was a notable accomplishment.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
