Maryland Student Wins $1 Million in Powerball
A Bowie State University graduate, known as 'Powerball Bulldog,' won $1 million from Powerball. The winner, who chose the nickname 'Powerball Bulldog,' initially didn't know that he scored a million-dollar prize. The Bowie State University graduate received a message from his mother, who knew that he often plays Powerball and usually purchases tickets at the Odenton store.
The winner's Powerball tickets were bought at Royal Farms at 1558 Annapolis Road in Odenton. The $1m Powerball prize winner explained that he will use some of the winnings to pay bills.
The jackpot from Powerball survived on Monday and continues to grow.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
