Las Vegas Casinos Drop Mask Mandates for Vaccinated Visitors
Las Vegas casinos are gradually lifting mask mandates for vaccinated visitors, marking a significant shift in the city's gambling industry. Some casinos have already removed glass partitions from gaming tables, creating a more open and inviting atmosphere for patrons.
This change comes after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the US updated their guidelines to allow vaccinated individuals to enter casinos without masks. The CDC's decision has paved the way for casinos to adjust their policies and welcome vaccinated visitors without the need for face coverings.
Casinos Encore and Wynn were the first to implement this change, allowing vaccinated visitors to enter without masks. Shortly after, Caesars Entertainment and MGM Resorts followed suit, updating their policies to reflect the new CDC guidelines. Other major casinos, such as Cosmopolitan, Palazzo, and Venetian, are also gradually lifting restrictions and adapting to the new normal.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
