Jay-Z Partners with Caesars for Times Square Casino Bid
Jay-Z has teamed up with Caesars Entertainment and SL Green for a proposed casino in Times Square. The project aims to secure one of three New York casino licenses yet to be awarded. The casino would occupy eight floors of a 54-story building, including an 800-room five-star hotel. Roc Nation is listed as the “official entertainment partner” for the project.
Times Square attracts nearly 130 million visitors annually. Caesars CEO Tom Reeg described the new casino as a “world-class destination” designed to enhance the Times Square experience.
Jay-Z expressed his enthusiasm for the project, stating, “New York is a beacon, the epicenter of culture. We have the opportunity to create a destination at the heart of Times Square, the true crossroads of the world.”

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
