Isaac Hexton: PokerStars, Online Success, and the Future of Intuitive Poker

Isaac Hexton, a renowned online poker player, recently sat down for an interview to discuss his experiences over the past year. Hexton signed a contract with PokerStars, actively and successfully played online poker, and traveled extensively.

One of the key points Hexton highlighted was his contract with PokerStars. The contract allowed him to play on Full Tilt Poker (FTP), but he is restricted from playing on Party Poker or the iPoker network. Hexton's contract with PokerStars has brought him additional obligations, but he finds them enjoyable, such as the upcoming heads-up match in London and the promotional action «HUSNG happy hours».

Hexton's online poker successes include playing heads-up cash games and heads-up sit and go (HUSNG). He achieved Supernova Elite status in PokerStars, which is a significant accomplishment. Hexton is ready to play one-on-one with anyone and considers Victor Blom (Izildur1) to be in the top 5 of the best players. He believes that intuitive players will struggle without a solid foundation in poker theory, as the game is becoming more mathematically driven.
