Isaac Hackston Secures Second Place in WPT Super High Roller Championship
Isaac Hackston finished second in the WPT Super High Roller Championship on PartyPoker. The tournament had a buy-in of $102,500 and a prize pool of $4,000,000. The championship was won by Michael Addamo, who defeated Hackston in the final heads-up. The final heads-up was intense, with both players taking turns gaining the advantage. The game was mostly played on postflop.
Daniel Dvoress finished just outside the prize zone, becoming the bubble boy of the WPT Super High Roller Championship. Charlie Goodwin, a British poker player, won $602,000 for finishing third in the tournament.
Before the final battle, the players decided to split the prize money and continue playing for the championship title and an additional $30,000. Michael Addamo and Isaac Hackston received approximately equal prizes: $1,216,000 and $1,284,000 respectively.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
