Full Tilt Poker Pro Battle: Sergey Ivanov's Strategic Moves Lead to Victory

The finalists of the Full Tilt Poker Pro Battle tournament were Stanislav Galatenko, Domas Karmazinas, Alexey Rybin, Sergey Ivanov, Arunas Sapitavicius, and Maks Lykov. Maks Lykov started the game actively and made significant moves in the early rounds. In the first hand, after Stanislav Galatenko's squeeze with Kx Kx and Alexey Rybin's call with As Ts, Maks entered the pot with 8h 5h. However, neither Maks nor Alexey got the flop they needed, and they both folded to Stanislav's continuation bet.

Sergey Ivanov played a crucial role in the tournament, making strategic moves and doubling his opponents' stacks. In one notable hand, Sergey called a 6-bet all-in with 3d 4d against Alexey's 5-bet with Qx Jx, eliminating Maks Lykov from the game. Sergey continued to build his stack, playing aggressively and making key calls and raises.

Arunas Sapitavicius and Stanislav Galatenko had a series of intense duels, with Sapitavicius often doubling Galatenko's stack. In one hand, Arunas made a heroic call with A-high against Stanislav's K-high, but ultimately folded. Later, Stanislav attempted a bluff on the river, but Sergey Ivanov's runner-runner straight caught him off guard. The final match between Sergey Ivanov and Gas Hansen was intense, with Hansen ultimately winning. The last qualifying tournament for the second season of Full Tilt Poker Pro Battle will be held on April 6, 2014, at 20:00 Moscow time.
