Forbidden's Big Win: A Journey Through Online Poker
Forbidden, a poker player, has made a significant mark in the online poker community with his recent win. He finished third in the Sunday Million tournament on PokerStars, earning over $122,000. This impressive achievement has garnered him a place in the “Hall of Fame” of his poker school, EducaPoker.
Forbidden's journey into the world of poker began about three years ago. He started playing poker online while on an Erasmus program, where a friend introduced him to the game. Initially, he and his friends would organize small games in their local area. However, it was during his time abroad that he discovered the thrill of online poker, playing DoNs and some MTTs (Multi-Table Tournaments).
Forbidden joined EducaPoker after a friend recommended it, highlighting the importance of study and constancy in making a profit from poker. He began his poker journey on Unibet and EP20, gradually improving his skills and understanding of the game. His favorite online poker player is Raúl Mestre, while his favorite live poker player is Jason Mercier. Forbidden has a clear vision for his future in poker, aiming to continue growing as a player and acquiring the knowledge to conquer higher levels.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
