Facebook's New Poker Bot ReBeL: A Game Changer in AI
Facebook has developed a new poker bot named ReBeL. The bot focuses on self-learning and solving problems in games with incomplete information. Rebel can consider the opponent's opinion during a hand, similar to how successful professional poker players do.
Rebel takes only 5 seconds to make a decision. The bot played 7,500 hands against Dong Kim, winning 0.165BB per hand. The developers released an open-source implementation for Liar's Dice to aid future research.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
