EPT Barcelona Day 2: Spanish Players Face Tough Challenges
EPT Barcelona Day 2 proved to be a challenging day for Spanish players. Rubén Setién 'GrinderSpa' was the only Spanish survivor of Day 2 with 89,500 points. He started the day with over 25,000 chips and ended with 89,500 points.
Andrés Artiñano 'bedo' was eliminated after losing a significant portion of his stack in a few hands. He began late and faced a series of bad beats, including losing half his stack to A J and then dropping to 10,000 points after a failed bluff.
David Huerga 'Xhyzt' increased his stack to 140,000 points before being eliminated. He had a strong start, increasing his initial 57,000 points to 140,000, but a series of bad hands led to his elimination. Alejandro Piñeiro 'taotattoo' was eliminated after a series of ups and downs in his stack. He reached a high of 78,000 points but ended up with only 17 big blinds before being eliminated.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
