Dan Bilzerian Accuses Alec Gores of Dodging $100M Poker Challenge
Dan Bilzerian, a popular American poker player of Armenian descent, recently visited the WSOP 2021 series in Las Vegas. During his visit, he made several comments to a well-known English-language poker resource. Bilzerian stated he is not planning to participate in any WSOP tournaments this year, citing a lack of time to dedicate to poker tournaments.
When asked about a potential heads-up poker game for $100,000,000 between him and Israeli billionaire Alec Gores, Bilzerian claimed that Gores had challenged him twice and that he had accepted both times. However, Gores has yet to respond to Bilzerian's acceptance.
Bilzerian also promoted his new book, "Setup", during his visit. The outcome of this poker challenge remains to be seen.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
