CoinPoker Boosts Transparency with Proof of Reserves and New Ambassadors
CoinPoker, a crypto poker room and casino founded in 2017, has taken a significant step towards enhancing transparency by releasing a proof of reserves (PoR) report. This report shows that user deposits are covered 1:1 in cold wallets, with additional reserves in hot wallets to process instant withdrawals. The funds are visible on the blockchain, providing users with peace of mind regarding the safety of their deposits.
In addition to this transparency initiative, CoinPoker has welcomed two prominent figures as new ambassadors: Mario Mosböck and Patrick Leonard. Mario Mosböck, a former Austrian footballer and poker professional, has over $11.7 million in recorded live tournament earnings. Patrick Leonard, a former PartyPoker ambassador, is currently ranked 38th on the England all-time money list by the Hendon Mob poker database. Together, their mission is to guide the new leadership group to build the world’s best online poker site.
CoinPoker uses Tether (USDT) for betting, and players can deposit various cryptocurrencies including USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Binance Coin, or its own native token CHP, which unlocks 33% rakeback for holders. The platform also employs Fireblocks vaults and a decentralized RNG (random number generator) software, allowing players to verify the randomness of each hand using Ethereum’s Keccak-256 algorithm. At the time of writing, CoinPoker customer deposits total approximately $16 million, with total assets held in reserve to cover those amounting to just under $16.75 million, equal to 105% of deposits.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
