Chris Murrman Finishes Fourth in WSOP Online Bracelet Event
Chris Murrman, a renowned online poker legend and ambassador for 888poker, finished fourth in the 20th WSOP Online bracelet event. The event, a PLO tournament with a $500 buy-in, attracted 627 participants and a total of 1,137 entries, creating a prize pool of $511,000.
Murrman, known as 'Robotbob47', showed strong play throughout the final table but ultimately missed out on a higher finish. He was hoping to complete a straight in a crucial hand but his opponent held two pairs, leaving Murrman with a fourth-place finish and $28,600 in winnings.
Kevin Gerhart, playing under the name 'therealkg', emerged as the champion. He secured a gold bracelet and $97,600 in prize money after a lengthy heads-up battle against 'Duckmoney420'. Jenny 'Mobey' Swanquera made history as the first woman to reach the final table of WSOP Online 2020, finishing in third place with $41,000.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
