Chance Kornut: Poker Pro Shares Insights on Strategy and Life

Poker player Chance Kornut has shared his experiences and strategies, offering valuable insights into the world of professional poker. Kornut prefers to choose poker series with expensive tournaments to minimize additional expenses such as food, hotels, and tickets. This strategy allows him to focus on the game without worrying about extra costs.

Kornut moved to Nashville, Tennessee, a year ago with his family, where there are no casinos. He mentioned that he only participates in closed games when he is bored. In contrast, when he lived in Vegas, he would wake up and immediately check the tournament schedule, often rushing to join events with high buy-ins.

Kornut's wife and daughter will travel to China to visit her parents, whom they haven't seen due to COVID-19 restrictions. This trip is particularly important as it will be the first time his daughter meets her grandparents. Kornut plans to focus on his poker career during this period, taking advantage of the uninterrupted time to grind.
