Cardmates Updates Website Layout and User Engagement System
Cardmates updated its website on July 1, 2020, to improve user experience and engagement. The main page now features a 'Best' tab, showcasing top content and GambleTalk posts. The 'Best' tab includes top news, current promotions, unique videos, helpful articles, author content, and notable GambleTalk posts.
All news and materials are now categorized and can be sorted by date or popularity. Users can find all news, promotions, articles, tutorials, and videos in the 'Materials' section or on the main page in respective tabs. GambleTalk posts are accessible in the GambleTalk section or by filtering in the 'Materials' section.
GambleTalk posts with a rating above 50 points are featured on the main page. The aura calculation algorithm now emphasizes quality over quantity of content. New aura calculation rules will be applied to all users starting July 1, 2020. A messenger feature for private communication will be added in July 2020. A blogger contest with a prize fund of $5,000 will be launched in August 2020.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
