Brazil Leads SCOOP 2026 with 105 Wins as Series Surpasses $52.7M in Prize Money

The SCOOP 2026 series generated over $52.7 million in total prize money from 919,776 entries. Brazil online poker players secured 105 wins, finishing well ahead of every other country. The Low tier NLHE Main Event, featuring a $109 buy-in and a $1.5 million guarantee, attracted 16,883 entries to generate $1.6 million in prize money. The $1,050 Mid tier Main Event drew 2,673 entries, surpassing its $2 million guarantee by more than $670k. The $5,200 High tier Main Event recorded 443 entries, beating its $2 million guarantee by 10%.

Outside of the Main Events, the $22 Mystery Sunday Special drew the largest field, attracting 16,413 entries and generating a $328.2k prize pool. The $55 PKO Phased event accumulated 14,836 entries across its flights but narrowly missed its $750,000 guaranteed prize pool. The iconic Sunday Million, however, faced a tougher run during SCOOP. Three editions were held with buy-ins of $109, $215, and $530. Only the $109 version managed to surpass its guarantee, and only narrowly, after drawing 10,619 entries. In total, there were 53 overlays, requiring PokerStars to cover $584,276 to meet guarantees.

UK online poker players secured second place with 59 wins. Finland (22 wins) and Sweden (21 wins) continued their strong presence in online poker, while Canada online poker players(18 wins) rounded out the top five. In total, players from 39 different countries captured SCOOP titles. This marked the 18th edition of SCOOP, and with the conclusion of this year’s series, the festival has now generated more than $1.5 billion in total prize money across all editions.
