Hamid Izadi Wins WSOP Circuit Southern Indiana Main Event Back-to-Back

Hamid Izadi has achieved what many tournament poker players dream of and very few accomplish: a successful title defense. One year after taking down the 2025 World Series of Poker Circuit Southern Indiana main event, he returned to Caesars Southern Indiana and did it all over again. This time around Izadi topped a field of 282 entries, earning $93,060 as the back-to-back champion. That pushed his lifetime haul to nearly $3.2 million.

The poker pro based out of Marietta, Georgia now has 11 WSOPC gold rings to his name, with four main event wins among them. Izadi is just the second player in the tour’s history to score as many victories in championships, tying the record set by all-time ring leader Maurice Hawkins.

The final day of this event began with nine players remaining and Izadi in the lead. The top 43 finishers cashed in from the prize pool of $427,230, with $298,600 still up for grabs when the last session got underway. Debbie Lee finished 9th and earned $7,450. Donald Crabtree finished 8th and earned $9,480. Christopher Selph finished 7th and earned $12,340. Christopher Dame finished 6th and earned $16,400. Bradley Tait finished 5th and earned $22,270. Jake Gribbins finished 4th and earned $30,880. Brad Albrinck finished 3rd and earned $43,680. Robert Hankins finished 2nd and earned $63,040.
