Bragg Gaming Group has finalized the acquisition of Drayton International, marking a significant move to expand its presence in the US sports betting market. The acquisition saw Bragg Gaming Group acquire all of Drayton International's issued and outstanding securities for $9,000,000.
This deal allows Bragg Gaming Group to scale up its presence in the US sports betting market and gain access to Drayton’s Advance Deposit Wagering technology. This technology will enhance the company’s operational capabilities and pave the way into online horse racing betting.
Alongside the acquisition, Bragg Gaming Group has made changes to its Board of Directors. Matt Davey, founder of Tekkorp Capital, has joined the Board as Non-Executive Chair, replacing Holly Gagnon.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
