NBA Teams Up With Kalshi and Polymarket for Prediction Markets
The National Basketball Association (NBA) has signed agreements with Kalshi and Polymarket. The deals include the launch of an integrity framework, with the league having some say on what markets will be available.
Kalshi and Polymarket will have access to official NBA data and branding to use on their platforms. NBA Executive Vice President Scott Kaufman-Ross said the league delayed partnerships with prediction markets until a regulatory system could be put in place.
Kalshi has been particularly active in suing states to block efforts at state-level regulation. The CFTC has recently looked to reassert its control over the industry.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
