Betsson Launches Foundation to Boost Community and Sports Initiatives

Betsson Group has launched the Betsson Foundation, a registered public benefit foundation. The foundation seeks to enhance the Group's charitable, community and sports-related projects and initiatives.

Betsson Group has offered support to various organizations and local communities in markets across the globe. The Betsson Foundation has been incorporated in Malta as a separate legal entity. It operates under a framework that includes the founding company, a Supervisory Council, and a Board of Administrators.

Jonna Danlund, Betsson's Director of ESG, spoke about the importance of the new public benefit foundation. Jesper Svensson, CEO of Betsson Operations, acknowledged the role of sport and community engagement, describing the two as part of Betsson's DNA.
