Baltic Poker Festival Returns to Tallinn in June 2010

The Baltic Poker Festival will return to Tallinn from June 16 to 19, 2010. The main event of the festival will be held at the Swissotel in Tallinn.

The buy-in for the main tournament will be €1500, up from €1100 the previous year. Organizers believe this will attract more professionals from around the world while still being accessible to amateurs.

In addition to the main tournament, there will be numerous side events with buy-ins ranging from €100 to €500. The schedule is already available, and satellite tournaments on PokerStars are underway. Cash games and Sit & Go tournaments will also be part of the festival.

I've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
