Badreg Wins 500k Battle HR Tournament in Historic Deal
The 500k Battle HR tournament, held at the Clube Brasil Poker, was a resounding success with 1,752 entries and 773 re-entries, exceeding its guaranteed prize pool of 500k and reaching nearly 650k.
After more than 10 hours of play, the remaining three players—Badreg, Alemaaaaaao, and Luiza_Soonza—agreed to a deal. The decision to deal was based on ICM (Independent Chip Model), ensuring that each player maintained their bounties earned up to that point.
Badreg, who had the largest stack at the time of the deal, secured the title of the 500k Battle HR tournament. This victory not only earned Badreg the largest share of the prize pool but also significantly boosted their ranking in both the High and general rankings.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
