Poker Pro Antonio Esfandiari Robbed of $1M and One Drop Bracelet
Poker professional Antonio Esfandiari was robbed of approximately $1 million worth of valuables, including the One Drop bracelet. The suspected thief, 46-year-old Svetlana Silva, was arrested last week and is accused of burglary that occurred on July 14. Silva had access to Esfandiari's apartment because she was previously in a relationship with his father and knew the safe codes.
Esfandiari reported the robbery to the police on July 14, stating that $50,000 in cash, $500,000 in casino chips, jewelry, watches, and the One Drop bracelet were stolen. Esfandiari won the One Drop bracelet in the Big One for One Drop tournament, considered the most notable victory in his career.
Police arrested Silva after Esfandiari tipped them off, catching her exiting a casino with chips similar to those stolen from his apartment. Silva used the stolen money to play poker.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
